Client's costs for legal, accounting, insurance counseling, and auditing services, interest
<br />and financing charges incurred in connection with the Project, and the cost of other
<br />services to be provided by others to Client.
<br />41. Underground Facilities—All active or not -in-service underground lines, pipelines,
<br />conduits, ducts, encasements, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other
<br />such facilities or systems at the Site, including but not limited to those facilities or
<br />systems that produce, transmit, distribute, or convey telephone or other
<br />communications, cable television, fiber optic transmissions, power, electricity, light,
<br />heat, gases, oil, crude oil products, liquid petroleum products, water, steam, waste,
<br />wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.
<br />An abandoned facility or system is not an Underground Facility.
<br />42. Work—The entire construction or the various separately identifiable parts thereof
<br />required to be provided under the Construction Contract Documents. Work includes
<br />and is the result of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation
<br />necessary to produce such construction; furnishing, installing, and incorporating all
<br />materials into such construction, all as required by the Construction Contract
<br />Documents.
<br />43. Work Change Directive—A written directive to Contractor issued on or after the
<br />effective date of the Construction Contract, signed by Client and recommended by
<br />Engineer, ordering an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work.
<br />B. Terminology
<br />1. The word "day" means a calendar day of 24 hours measured from midnight to the next
<br />midnight.
