Authorize City Staff to issue requests for proposal for administrative services (RFP) and requests for,'qualifications (RFQ) for the 2023-2024 Texas Community Development Block Grant Program administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture. k 11. Approve a Structural Engineering Agreement with Jason Hart Engineering in the amount of $46,970.0.0 to design the demolition of the Belford Building. 12.
