S. Highway No. 82, said point being in the existing north boundary line of a tract conveyed by Leota Cothran, a widow, to Terrell Boyd, and wife, Dorothy J. Boyd, by deed dated the 3rd day of May, 1974, and recorded in Volume 558, Page 589, of Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, said pOint being S 5012' E a distance of 60.0 feet from centerline survey station 62+13.0 of said U. S. Highway No. 82, said point being in a curve to the left whose radius is 7699.4373 feet and whose tangent at this point bears N 84048' E, said point also being N 4018' W a distance of 182.5 feet, N 58058' E a distance of 135.4 feet from the existing southwest corner of said Boyd tract; THENCE S 58058' W along said existing right-of-way line a distance of 113.0 feet, a point, said point being in the proposed west boundary line of said Boyd tract, said point being in the proposed east boundary line of 33rd Street S. E.; THENCE N 4018' W along said proposed Boyd-Street common boundary line a distance of 49.9 feet, a point, said point being S 4018' E a distance of 60.0 feet from center- line survey station 61+13.0 of said U. S.
