PROJECT TEAM QUAL/FICTION <br /> <br />The survey team because of its diverse background in Architecture, <br />Planning, Urban Design, and History is uniquely well qualified to produce <br />a comprehensive well doeumented survey for the City of Paris. <br /> <br />The Appendix of this proposal provides resumes of consultants to be <br />included on the Project Team. Below is the proposed team organization <br />and a summary profile which provides an overview of their relevant <br />qualifica tions and experience. <br /> <br />ARCHITEXAS <br /> <br />Craig Melde Principal in Charge <br />Project Urban PIHnner <br />Mr. Melde is a Senior Architect, Planner and Partner of ArchiTexas. <br />His experience includes project management of ArchiTexHs projects. <br />Before joining ArchiTexas he was an urban planner for the City of <br />Dallas and played an active role in Historic Preservation, CBD and <br />neighborhocxJ preservation planning. Mr. Melde is a registered Architect <br />in the State of Texas and is currently serving as a member of The City <br />of Dallas West End Task Force. <br /> <br />.<Jary Skotnicki Principal in Charge <br />Project Urban Designer <br />Mr. Skotnicki is a Senior Architect, Planner and Partner of ArchiTexas. <br />His experience includes project management of ArchiTexas projects. <br />Before joining ArchiTexas he was an urban planner for the City of <br />Dallas and was project planner for numerous CBD planning projects, <br />including the Historic Preservation Program, Farmers Market Master Plan <br />and Report, and management of the Streetscape Program. Mr, Skotnicki <br />is a registered Architect in the State of Texas and is currently serving <br />as a member of The City of Dallas West End Task Force, <br /> <br />Michael Bruner Technical Staff/Planner <br />Mr. Bruner began with ArchiTexas in April 1982. He holds a Bachelor of <br />Science degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan. He has <br />been involved with several preservation and renovation projects since <br />joining ArchiTcxas. These include planning for the Continental Gin <br />complex in Deep Ellum, and the Arnold House for the Dallas Historic <br />Preservation League. Prior to joining ArchiTexils, Mr. Bruner was also <br />involved in the preservation and renovation of the Ladies Library of <br />Ypsilanti, Michigan, dating from the late 1820's. <br /> <br />Rick Lawson Technical Staff <br />Mu. Lawson joined ArchiTexas in June 1983 and has worked as a draftsman <br />on various projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture <br />from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has participnted in an <br />historical survey of Wentherford, Texas with Professor R, Gene Brooks, <br />architect, planner, preservationist. <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br />
