<br />Texas, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, whether one or

<br />DOLLARS ($1.00) cash, and other good and valuable consider-

<br />Texas, a municipal corporation, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, and for which no lien is ret`ined, either
<br />expressed or implied, have this day sold, and by these
<br />presents do Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the CITY OF
<br />PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal corporation, of Lamar
<br />County, Texas, all that certain trr-act or parcel of 1.anc in
<br />Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described
<br />as follows, to -wit:

<br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the
<br />Isaiah Davis Survey, and being part of a tract of
<br />land conveyed by deed to A. N. Nolan, from Sallie
<br />Poole Altman, and husband, Earl Altman, ceptember
<br />5, 1946, the remaining part of said tract of land
<br />being Lot 6, City Block 220 -A, recorded in Volume
<br />293, Page 227, Deed Records, Lamar. County, Texas;
<br />Beginning at a point for corner in the South
<br />Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street, said point
<br />being the Northeast corner of said Lot 6, City
<br />Block 220 -A, said point also being; located West,
<br />184.5 feet from the [Jest Boundar,., Line of 20th
<br />Street N.E.
<br />Thence South along the Etgst Boundary Line of
<br />Lot 6, a distance of 5 feet to print for corner;
<br />Thence West along a line which is parallel
<br />and 5 feet South of the South Boundary Line of
<br />Pine Bluff Street, a distance of 62.5 feet to a
<br />point for corner in the West botindnry Line of said
