<br />COUNTY OF LAMAR § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That JESSE W. BRIDGES of the Country of I,ararlr, State of
<br />Texas , hereinafter referred to as Grantors, whet-her one or
<br />more, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AI<D NO/ 100
<br />DOLLARS ($1.00) cash, and other good and valuable consldcr-
<br />ation, to Grantors in hand paid by the CITY OF PARIS, Paris,
<br />Texas, a municipal corporation, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, and for which no lien is retained, either
<br />expressed or implied, have this day sold, and by these
<br />presents do Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the CITY OF
<br />PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal corporation., of Lamar
<br />County, Texas, all that certain tract or parcel of lard in
<br />Lamar County, Texas, and being more parti.cular'ly, described
<br />as follows, to -wit:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the
<br />Isaiah Davis Survey, and being a part of Lot 4,
<br />City Block 220- A,rconveyed by deed to Jesse W.
<br />Bridges, from H. J. Mullen and wife, Dora A.
<br />Mullen, dated September 2, 1981, recorded in
<br />Volume 637, Page 983, Deed Records, Lamar County,
<br />Texas;
<br />Beginning at a point for corner at: the
<br />intersection of the South Boundary Line of Pine
<br />Bluff Street, and the West Boundary Line of 20th
<br />Street N.E.
<br />Thence South with the West Boundary Line of
<br />20th Street N.E., a distance of 5 feet to a point
<br />for corner;
