Mack advised the City will re -notice this item for the November cycle with a `delete all <br />option. The public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking, the public hearing <br />was declared closed. <br />A motion to table this item was made by Michael Mosher, seconded by Tylesha Ross - <br />Mosley. Motion carried 5-0. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Replat of the Tudor Addition, Lot 8A, Block 2, LCAD <br />Property 20395, located at 845 NE 1.1 to Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners stating that engineering has reviewed the <br />Replat and recommends approval without conditions. <br />A motion to approve the Replat was made by Sims Norment, seconded by Michael <br />Mosher. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Lamar County Food Pantry CB79-A <br />Addition, Lot 1, Block A, and Lot 1, Block B, LCAD Properties 15096, 15071, 15073, <br />15074, located in the 400 Block of NW 1st Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners stating that engineering has reviewed the <br />Final Plat and recommends approval without conditions. <br />A motion to approve the Final Plat was made by Austin Anthony, seconded by Chance <br />Abbott. Motion carried 5-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Ladell Estates CB 227D <br />Addition, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property 17621, located at 1951 E Cherry Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners stating that engineering has reviewed the <br />preliminary plat and recominends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. Two accessory structures are shown to cross the platted property boundary. <br />Prior to the form board survey, these two structures should be relocated so they no <br />longer cross the property boundary and adhere to the required 5' side yard setback <br />spelled out in the City's Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section IV (6)). <br />o Please also note that these two structures should not extend out past the <br />front of any future primary structure. <br />2. The Sanitary sewer under 20th St NE is not located in the correct location. It is <br />further West. In addition, this line is not labeled, nor is size noted. The Sanitary <br />sewer shall be relocated and labeled as necessary (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section <br />IV (7)). <br />3. Please show the existing fire hydrant located at the northwest comer of the <br />Cherry Street and 20th Street intersection (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section IV (7)). <br />4. Please show the existing storm sewer inlets located at the Cherry Street and <br />20th Street intersection (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section IV (7)). <br />A motion to approve the Preliminary Plat with noted conditions was made by Sims <br />
