Attachment "B" <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />All fees not to exceed without prior approval. <br />For and in consideration of Basic and Special Services to be rendered by CONSULTANT, CITY agrees to <br />pay, based on the fees indicated below, with the total fee not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred and No/ 100 <br />Dollars ($16,500.00). Partial payments to CONSULTANT will be made on the basis of monthly statements rendered <br />to and approved by the CITY; however, under no circumstances shall any monthly statement for services exceed the <br />value of work performed at the time a statement is rendered. Payment for the services shall be due and payable within <br />one month of submission of a statement for services. A summary of the fee is as shown below: <br />BASIC SERVICES, <br />I.
