DATE: December 12, 2022 <br />Presentation Report Summar <br />The following points are summarized in this report regarding the collaborative implementation <br />between the City of Paris, TxDOT Paris District Offices, and the Lamar County Chamber of <br />Commerce. This was a temporary measure to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of replacing <br />traffic control signals at the downtown square with stop signs between January 12, 2022 and <br />April 13, 2022. The following topics will be discussed in this memo: <br />1. Scope of the 90 Day Stop Sign Study <br />2. Joint Work Session between the City Council, Main Street Advisory Board, Traffic <br />Commission Advisory Board, TxDOT & Lamar County Chamber of Commerce <br />3. Public Awareness Campaign <br />4.
