Then we will give you <br /> the cost of the total project. <br /> <br /> Eric Clifford told Mr. Shelton that he would be hearing from us in a <br /> few days, and this should be presented to the City Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Shelton pointed out that the bylaws are important and should <br /> establish the relation of the Board and City Council starting with the <br /> charge of the Board, and they would like to be a part of establishing <br /> the bylaws. <br /> <br /> Jim Farris wanted to know if there was a meeting of the D.I.C. coming <br /> up to discuss appropriate types of projects and inappropriate projects. <br /> <br /> Mr. Shelton said yes, September 8th he would be giving a program in <br /> Lubbock. <br /> <br /> Eric Clifford said this concludes the presentation, and the meeting <br /> adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
