Call meeting to order. <br />2. Citizens' forum. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their presentation to no more than two <br />minutes. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING and take action regarding the petition of Mitch Milam, <br />Texas Land Direct, LLC for a change in zoning from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 3 <br />(SF -3) to a Two -Family Dwelling District (2F) in the City of Paris, Block 281, Lot 6, LCAD <br />18409, located at 1610 NE 15th Street. <br />5. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Mitch Milam, Texas Land <br />Direct, LLC for a change in zoning from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to a <br />Multi -Family Dwelling District No. 1 (MF -1) in the City of Paris, Block 281, Lot 6, LCAD <br />18409, located at 1610 NE 15th Street. <br />6. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris to <br />amend the Future Land Use Map in the City of Paris, Block 281 for the following LCAD <br />parcels as indicated: <br />A minor Comprehensive Plan amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to <br />Medium Density Residential (MDR) on LCAD Parcel 18408. <br />A minor Comprehensive Plan amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to <br />Commercial (C) on LCAD Parcels 18392, 39576, and 18406. <br />A minor Comprehensive Plan amendment from Part of Low Density Residential <br />(LDR) to Commercial (C) on LCAD Parcels 119049, 18402, 39538, and 38005. <br />A minor Comprehensive Plan amendment from Low Density Residential to Public <br />Lands and Institutions (PLI) on LCAD Parcel 121817. <br />A minor Comprehensive Plan amendment from split Commercial (C) and Low <br />Density Residential (LDR) to Public Lands and Institutions (PLI) on LCAD Parcel <br />101196. <br />
