K. Haynes. <br />2. Having four Board Members present, a quorum. Mr. Haynes thanked and welcomed everyone <br />to the meeting. <br />3. Citizens' Forum Opened and closed with no one present to speak. <br />4. Approval of the Minutes from August 9, 2022, meeting. Minutes of the meeting were approved <br />with a motion made by Mr. Smith and seconded by Ms. Wilson. Passed 4-0, <br />6. VIFINISHED BUSINESS: Discussion of HUD Repositioning — Agreement from all Board <br />Members to remove this item from unfinished business and to not move forward with the' <br />Ikepositioning at this time. Motion made by Ms. Wilson and seconded by Ms. Johnson. Passed ZP <br />J. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS: <br />A. 1. Vacancie a&MW <br />vouchers with 8 vouchers out looking for places. Public Housing — I I vacancies with I moving in <br />next week, <br />2. Bank statements for August, balance sheets and graphs for J u ly 2022 were given to the Board. <br />Bank statements with ending balances for 8/31/2022 PH=$141,508.96 See 8 =$544,232.59. <br />Ruthart advised the Board that the issues at Booker T Washington were sti I[ a problem. <br />The PHA had 8" street west side curb painted red for fire lane/no parking, the parking lots from <br />611-616 were rs�aintcd and assipiled to eachapMment <br />marked as no parking with an unauthorized vehicle sign. <br />4. Commissioners were advised of the landlord meeting to be field on Thursday, September 22 d <br />and invited to corne. <br />5. SEMAP Score was given to the Commissioners. Score of 96. <br />6. Ms. Rutbart advised the Board of additional 4 vouchers given to the PHA effective October 1, <br />2022. <br />03MMO <br />7. RESOLUTIONS: <br />2022-002 F's Motion made by Ms. Wilson and seconded by Ms. Johnson. Motion passed <br />4-0. <br />
