EMBIT "A" <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey /778 and <br />the Ana Jarman Survey #479, and being a 30 ft. strip of land conveyed to <br />the Texas Midland Railroad and now owned by Southern Pacific <br />Transportation Company. <br />Beginning at a point for corner in the North Boundary Line of said <br />Company at the'Centerline of 4th Street S. W. (50 ft. wide). <br />Thence South 896 40' West along the North Boundary Line said Company a <br />distance of'1867.T ft. to an iron pin for corner; <br />Thence South 0" 20' East a distance of 30 ft. to an iron pin for corner <br />in the South Boundary Line of said Company at the Northwest corner of a <br />0.161 acre tract of land now owned by the City of Paris; <br />Thence North 890 40, East along the South Boundary Line of said Company <br />at 74 ft, passing the Northeast corner of said 0.161 acro tract and <br />continaing on a total distance of 1868.2 <br />ft. to <br />soint for corner orner <br />in the <br />Centerline of.4th Street S.
