PARIS FIREFIGHTIR'S <br />RELJEF AND RETIREMEN'T FUND <br />PENSION BOARD MEETING AGENDA <br />Tuesday, January 10th, 2023 <br />The Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund Board of Trustees will meet in the Conference Room <br />of Station one at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, January 10th, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. <br />1. Call to order <br />2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time <br />may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the <br />Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing <br />policy, or to a staff person with specific, factual information.) <br />3. Review and approve the minutes from the November 2022 meeting. <br />4. Acknowledge the cancellation of the December meeting due to the lack of a quorum. <br />5. Review and approve the November and December 2022 Financial Statements from Westwood. <br />6. Review and approve retirement benefits for Clyde Crews <br />7. Approve payment on invoices <br />8. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and <br />Retirement Fund received after the last meeting. <br />9.
