Citizens' forum. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their presentation to no more than two <br />minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from <br />responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person <br />with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or employees, as well as individual personal <br />appeals are not appropriate for citizens' forum.) <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of January 03, 2023. <br />4. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Chad Stephens on behalf <br />of Kenda Taylor for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential <br />(LDR) to Commercial (C) in Jefferson Heights, Block A, Lot 1 and Lot 22, located in the <br />3800 Block of SE Loop 286 and part of 3755 Jefferson Rd (0.202 acre)- LCAD 12434 and <br />22151. <br />5. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Chad Stephens on behalf <br />of Kenda Taylor for a zoning change from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to <br />a Commercial District (C) in Jefferson Heights, Block A, part of Lot 1 (0.202 acre), <br />located at 3755 Jefferson Rd- LCAD 12434. <br />6. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Chad Stephens on behalf <br />of Kenda Taylor for a zoning change from a General Retail District (GR) to a Commercial <br />District (C) in Jefferson Heights, Block A, Lot 22, located in the 3800 Block of SE Loop <br />286- LCAD 22151. <br />7. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Bailey Asay on behalf <br />of Creative RE Investments LLC for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density <br />Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) in the PJ Willis & Bros. <br />Addition, Block A, Lots 6 & 713, located at 1307 E Polk Street- LCAD 20734. <br />8. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition Bailey Asay on behalf of <br />Creative RE Investments LLC for a zoning change from a Two -Family Dwelling District <br />(217) to a Multiple -Family Dwelling District No. 1 (MF -1) in the PJ Willis & Bros. <br />Addition, Block A, Lots 6 & 7B, located at 1307 E Polk Street- LCAD 20734. <br />9.
