Andrew Mack, Director of Planning & Zoning, presented the case to the board. Mr. Mack <br />continues to inform the Board that after meeting with the applicant the prior week the applicant <br />wishes to continue action on this item in the next meeting so that further revisions can be made <br />to the site plan and reduce the number of variance requests. Lastly, Mr. Mack recommends that <br />the public hearing be opened to be continued at the February 7th meeting. <br />Ms. Alsobrook opened the public hearing to be continued at the February 7th meeting. <br />5.
