In addition, we would submit to the City Council that the overall <br />issue of drainage is a standalone issue for us to review at a future time. To this point, the <br />City Manager has directed staff to conduct a review of available information on drainage <br />concerns along this tributary with the intent and goal of looking for opportunities to try <br />and reasonably address concerns within the current financial capacity of the City. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission and Staff recommends approval of a Minor <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment amending the FLUM from Low Density Residential <br />(LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
