NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on April 10, 2023 to consider a potential residential tax abatement agreement as set forth below. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufinan Street, in Paris, Texas. Due to the CoVID outbreak, facemasks are encouraged for those in attendance of the meeting in the City Council Chamber. A video feed will be available for live viewing at haps://paristexas.goy/public. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: 1. Owner of Pronprt f.; Colton and Katie Wicks Applicant: Colton and Katie Wicks 2. TheName and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Pursuant to the 2022 Census, the Property within City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, is included within an Enterprise Zone, which pursuant to the Texas Enterprise Zone Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 2303) and the Redevelopment and Tax Abatement Act (Texas Tax Code Sec. 312.2011) also constitutes designation of the area as a reinvestment zone. The Property is inside Northwest Loop 286 in the Northwest Industrial Park, Block A, Lots I and 1B and comprises 19.58 acres. 3.
