Political Subdivisions (collectively, "Members"). The State shall be <br />represented by the Texas Attorney General or his designees. The PSC shall <br />be represented by attorneys Mikal Watts, Jeffrey Simon, Dara Hegar, Dan <br />Downey, or their designees. Texas' Political Subdivisions shall be <br />represented by Clay Jenkins (Dallas County Judge), Terrence O'Rourke <br />(Special Assistant County Attorney, Harris County), Nelson Wolff (Bexar <br />County Judge), and Nathaniel Moran (Smith County Judge) or their <br />designees. <br />7. "Settlement" shall mean the negotiated resolution of legal or equitable <br />claims against a Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Participant that includes the <br />State and Political Subdivisions. <br />8. "Opioid Funds" shall mean monetary amounts obtained through a <br />Settlement as defined in this Texas Term Sheet. <br />8. "Approved Purpose(s)" shall mean those uses identified in Exhibit A <br />hereto. <br />9. "Pharmaceutical Supply Chain" shall mean the process and channels <br />through which opioids or opioids products are manufactured, marketed, <br />promoted, distributed, or dispensed. <br />3 <br />
