300 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-008 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, board members and staff have conflicts tint would prevent attendance at file <br /> regular meeting of the Paris Economic Development Corporation on October 15, 1997, and it <br /> would be appropriate that the meeting be rescheduled for a date convenient for such members and <br /> staff; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> CORPORATION, that the October meeting be, and the same is hereby, rescheduted for October <br /> 22, 1997, at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 1997. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: Curtis Fendley, President <br /> <br /> Richard M. Amis, Secretary-Treasurer <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> T. K.
