Mr. Fendley stated that <br /> at the end of the sixty days we should let NationsBank proceed with the <br /> liquidation and pay off the guaranty after we have liquidated the assets. After <br /> discussion, the Boardmembers agreed that if the prospect is still interested at the <br /> end of the sixty days, the prospect must put up some money.
