11. Accept a community wide housing analysis performed regarding impediments to fair <br />housing as it relates to TxCDBG Programs. <br />12. Approve the Final Plat of the Avery Estates CB32 Addition, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD <br />Property 13853, located at 102 N.E. 12th Street. <br />14. Approve the Final Plat of the Roscoe Estates CB213 Addition, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD <br />Property 129726, located at 2110 Bonham Road. <br />15. Approve the Replat of the Lake Ranchettes Addition, Lots 1 A through 8A, LCAD <br />Property 117551, located at 3455 CR 22900. <br />16. Approve the Final Plat of the Clifford Addition, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property 21105, <br />located in the 2000 Block of S.W. 4th Street. <br />17. Discuss a Residential Landscape Ordinance, and provide direction to staff. <br />21. Discuss and act on an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2019-045 to correct the <br />property description of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One designated <br />therein; making certain findings; and other matters related thereto. <br />22. Discuss and act on 2023 revisions to the TIRZ Board of Directors Bylaws. <br />23. Consider approving the appointment of Rob Vine, Assistant City Manager and Thomas <br />McMonigle, Fire Chief, as city employee members to the TIRZ Board and to advertise <br />for three non-employee board members. <br />24. Discuss and act on an Ordinance Amending Chapter 26 "Public Squares," Establishing <br />Certain Regulations relating to operation of a Farmers and Artisan Market and/or Special <br />Event at the Market Square; providing for issuance of a Farmers Market and Artisan <br />Vendor Business License; providing for a business license fee; providing a severability <br />clause; providing a penalty of fine of $500.00 per offense; and providing an effective <br />date. <br />
