Love Civic Center <br />Governing Board Minutes <br />Love Civic Center <br />January 12, 2023 <br />Present: Curtis Fendley, Levi Graham, Trey Peeples, Colton Perry, Brittany Johnson, Shaneka Scott, Marcus <br />Atkinson, Gary Flynn, Peggy McClaren and Russell Jackson. <br />Staff: Paul Allen and Gina Crawford <br />Curtis Fendley called the meeting to order at 12:15 pm. <br />Russell Jackson gave an overview of the December financials. The financials were accepted into the minutes <br />November minutes were reviewed. A motion to approve was made by Levi Graham, seconded by Brittany <br />Johnson, motion passed unanimously. <br />Paul Allen stated that we came in under budget on the renovation. We are still looking at the cost of a new sign, <br />but need to wait on branding to be complete. DeadCat is doing a promotional video of the civic center and we will <br />do a big ribbon cutting for the reveal of the completion. We have two concerts that have been scheduled and <br />there has been talk of a car charging station at the civic center. <br />Curtis Fendley gave a motion to adjourn at 12:40 pm. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Gina Crawford <br />
