Item No. 12 <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the KoBeck Addition, LCAD <br />Property ID 401549, located at 3275 FM 195 <br />DATE: March 27, 2023 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a Final Plat for the KoBeck Addition in order to establish a plat <br />for development of a single family home. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat with the following conditions: <br />1. The called "storage shed" on the west property line shall be moved to prevent <br />infringement on the platted property. (Chapter 913, Section 9, 9-601) <br />2. A revised Preliminary Plat meeting the conditions set by P&Z shall be submitted before <br />filing of the Final Plat. (Chapter 9A, Section III, (1)) <br />
