Item No. 15 <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the RePlat of the Lakeview Ranchettes, LCAD <br />Property ID 117751, located at 3455 CR 22900 <br />DATE: March 27, 2023 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a RePlat for the Lakeview Ranchettes in order to subdivide one <br />parcel into eight for development of a multiple single family homes. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the RePlat with the following conditions: <br />The boundary for the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Paris shall be <br />shown. (Chapter 9A, Section V, (7)) <br />2. Neither easement nor right-of-way can be dedicated to the City outside of the <br />Extraterritorial Jurisdiction. The plat shall include a signature block for the Lamar <br />County Commissioners Court's acceptance of the called 25ft/30ft utility/access <br />easement along the south property line and the 5ft utility easement along the west <br />property line. (Chapter 9A, Section V, (8)) <br />3. The ROW dedication along CR 22900 shall be removed as it is outside the City's <br />Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.
