ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS,TEXASORDINANCE 2019-045 TO CORRECT THE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION OF TAXINCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER ONE 1 CERTAINTHEREIN; MAKING FINDINGS;1: MATTERS RELATED THERETO. X,, Texas, on November 11, 2019, pursuant to the Tax Increment Financing Act, Chapter 311 of the of Paris, Texas passed Ordinance r gg Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. One (the establishinged Zone") and , there were certain errors in the property description of the Zone attached to said ordinance,- and RE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 1; PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this ordinance are hereby found and declared to be true and correct. Section 2. That Ordinance No. 2019-045 is hereby amended by replacing Exhibit A thereto, the property description of the Zone, with the attached new Exhibit A, and by replacing Exhibit B thereto, the map of the Zone, with the attached new Exhibit B. Both Exhibit A and Exhibit B are incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. Section 3. That the City the amendments made herein correct inaccuracies in the exhibits to Ordinance 2019-045 and do not enlarge or reduce the Zone. Section 4. That the remainder of Ordinance 2019-045 shall remain unchanged. Section 5. That if any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this Ordinance shall for any reason be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such section, paragraph, clause or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this Ordinance. Section 6. That the repeal of any ordinance or part of ordinances affected by the enactment of this ordinance shall not be construed as abandoning any action now pending under or by virtue of such ordinance or as discontinuing, abating, modifying, or altering
