Boardmember Guest made a motion seconded by <br />Boardmember Amis to approve the annual audit report as presented. The motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />President Rhodes stated that the next item on the agenda was consideration of and <br />action on authorizing Mr. Vest to employ Mr. James Wyatt of Venture Video/Audio <br />Productions to compile a video production to be used for presentation to <br />prospective clients concerning the Paris area. <br /> <br />City Attorney Larry Schenk read the resolution. <br /> · <br />Resolution 2000-001-approving and authorizing professional services on behalf the <br />Paris Economic Development Corporation by Mr. James Wyatt of Venture <br />Video/Audio Productions for the purpose of compiling a video production to be used <br />for presentation to prospective clients concerning the Paris area, and authorizing <br />the Director of the Paris Economic Development Corporation to execute any and all <br />documents related thereto. <br /> <br />Boardmember Dick Amis made a motion, seconded by Boardmember Don Wall that <br />this resolution be adopted, and the Board voted unanimously to adopt the <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
