Amend Section 503.1, General, to add the following sentence: <br />503.1. General. [Existing text unchanged.] ...Where a building contains more <br />than one distinct type of construction, the building shall comply with the most <br />restrictive area, height, and stories, for the lesser type of construction or be <br />separated by fire walls, except as allowed in Section 510. <br />Amend Table 506.2, ALLOWABLEAREA FACTOR, to delete footnote i. <br />Amend Section 506.3.1, Minimum percentage of perimeter, to add the following <br />sentence: <br />506.3.1 Minimum percentage of perimeter.
