Amend Section 101.4.8, Electrical, b ay dding the following: 101.4.8 Electrical. The provisions of the Electrical Code shall apply to the installation of electrical systems, including alterations, repairs, replacement, equipment, appliances, fixtures, fittings and appurtenances thereto. Amend Section 103.1, Creation of enforcement agency, to insert the department name: 103.1 Creation of enforcement agency. The City of Paris Building Department is hereby created and the official in charge thereof shall be known as the building official.
