Citizens' forum. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their presentation to no more than two <br />minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from <br />responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person <br />with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or employees, as well as individual personal <br />appeals are not appropriate for citizens' forum.) <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of April 03, 2023. <br />4. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Chance Abbott/Abbott <br />Ventures, LLC for a zoning change from a Central Area District (CA) to a Commercial <br />District (C) in the City of Paris, Block 39, Lot 4, located at 111 E Price Street, LCAD <br />14002. <br />5. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Ross Moore/War Horse <br />Limited, LLC for a zoning change from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a <br />Commercial District (C) in the City of Paris, Block 320, Lots 1 and IA, located at Loop <br />286 and NE 20t'/Hickory Street- LCAD 18793 and 18794. <br />6. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Mike Clark/Springlake <br />Baptist Church for a zoning change from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to <br />a Multiple -Family Dwelling District No. 2 (MF -2) in the City of Paris, Block 311, Part of <br />Lot 11 (6.9 acres), located at 3500 Clarksville Street, LCAD 102295. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the CAL MAH Addition CB 160, <br />Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property 16629, located at 1126 SE 5t' Street. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the CAL MAH Addition CB 160, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD Property 16629, located at 1126 SE 5a` Street. <br />9. Request items for future agendas. <br />10. Adjournment. <br />
