Conduct a public hearing on for the creation of Historic Overlay District No. 19 (HD 19). The <br />proposed district is a roughly L-shaped residential neighborhood encompassing 21 acres, <br />situated approximately one-half mile northeast of downtown Paris. Pine Bluff Street and <br />Fitzhugh Avenue are the main thoroughfares, running east to west and north to south, <br />respectively. The survey area includes the 500-900 blocks of Pine Bluff Street, the 300-600 <br />blocks of Fitzhugh Avenue, the Southside of the 600-700 blocks of East Cherry, the east side <br />of the 300 block of 6th Street NE, the 300 Block of 8th Street NE, and the addresses 803, <br />925, and 936 East Booth Street.
