NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2023 to consider a potential tax abatement agreement as set forth below. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. Due to the CoVID outbreak, facemasks are encouraged for those in attendance of the meeting in the City Council Chamber. Applicant: Huhtamaki, Inc. 3. The Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Pursuant to the 2020 Census, the Property within City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, is included within an Enterprise Zone, which pursuant to the Texas Enterprise Zone Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 2303) and the Redevelopment and Tax Abatement Act (Texas Tax Code Sec. 312.2011) also constitutes designation of the area as a reinvestment zone. The Reinvestment Zone is inside Northwest Loop 286 in Northwest Paris, Census Block Group 482770006001032. 4. A General Descriration of the Nature of the Im orovements or Rc1, airs: Planned investment includes $55 million in real property improvements and $30 million in personal property for expansion of current operations. 5.
