In addition, contractor shall provide owner with excess liability insurance (umbrella coverage) as required by owner. Insurance requirements may be met through primary insurance or primary insurance combined with excess liability insurance. Before any work is commenced on this contract, the contractor shall provide owner a Certificate of Insurance on forms supplied by the owner indicating contractor insurance coverage's and limits.
