NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS, THAT: <br />Section 1. The findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br />Section 2. The City hereby amends the guidelines and criteria of the 5 in 5 <br />Residential Infill Development Program in conformance with Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference to allow properties immediately adjacent to the <br />Program Area eligible to participate in the Program and to revise the Program's application <br />form.. <br />Section 3.
