11. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of the Pann Sribhen on <br />behalf of Shine in Paris, LLC for a zoning change from a One -Family Dwelling District <br />No. 3 (SF -3) to a Multiple -Family Dwelling District No. 2 (MF -2) on part of LCAD <br />17944, in the City of Paris, Block 249, part of Lot PT 8 & 9, 2524 Lamar Ave, 0.865 <br />Acres. <br />12. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of the Pann Sribhen on <br />behalf of Shine in Paris, LLC for a zoning change from a General Retail District (GR) to <br />a Multiple -Family Dwelling District No. 2 (MF -2), LCAD 102125, in the City of Paris, <br />Block 249, Lot PT of 9, behind 2500 Lamar Ave, 0.374 Acres. <br />13. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Daniel Garza on behalf <br />of Red W Leaf, LLC for a Specific Use Permit for a Tattoo Shop in the Central Area <br />District (CA), on part of LCAD 13657, in the City of Paris, Block 6, Lot 7, located at 116 <br />SE 1 st Street. <br />14. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris for a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium <br />Density Residential (MDR) in the Springlake Addition, Block 6, Lots 1-12. (This item <br />was noticed for public hearing in error. Please see item 13.) <br />15. Discuss and consider study information for a (6) six block area as a City initiated <br />amendment to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) regarding a future action by the City of <br />Paris for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to <br />Medium Density Residential (MDR) in the Springlake Addition, Blocks 1-6, from E <br />Price Street to Cherry Street, between NE 28" and NE 30'h Street, containing <br />approximately 15 acres. <br />16. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of James <br />Martinez/Creative RE Investments LLC, for a zoning change from a One -Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 (SF2) to a Two -Family Dwelling District (217), LCAD 19795, in <br />the Springlake Addition, Block 6, Lot 12, located at 2801 E Price Street. (This item was <br />noticed in error; the item was previously noticed, a public hearing was held, and the <br />item was approved at the June 5th P&Z meeting.) <br />17. Appoint 1-2 commissioners to the PDC Sub -committee. <br />18. Request items for future agendas. <br />19.
