MINUTES OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />JUNE 05, 2023 <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 5:30 p.m. on <br />Monday, June 05, 2023, in the City Hall, Council Chambers, 107 East Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />Present: Board Members: Francine Neeley, Chance Abbott, Clifton Fendley, Austin <br />Anthony, Tylesha Ross -Mosley, (Sims Norment seat is now vacant) <br />City Representatives: Mayor Reginald Hughes; Stephanie Harris, City <br />Attorney; Robert Vine, Asst. City Manager; Todd <br />Mittge, City Engineer; Andrew Mack, City Planner; <br />Clyde Crews, Fire Marshal; Triniti Frazier, <br />Community Development Coordinator <br />Absent: Board Member(s): Michael Mosher <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Chairman Clifton Fendley called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' Forum. <br />The citizens' forum was declared open. Paula Portugal thanked the Planning Commission <br />for their time and work on this committee. With no one else speaking, the forum was <br />declared closed. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of May 01, 2023. <br />A Motion to approve this item was made by Board Member Austin Anthony and seconded <br />by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Chicota Court Addition, Lots 1-15, <br />Block A, LCAD Property 116525, located in the 2000 Block of NE 36th Street. <br />Todd Mittge states the engineering staff recommends approval of the final plat with noted <br />conditions. <br />A Motion to approve this item with noted conditions was made by Board Member <br />Chance Abbott and seconded by Board Member Austin Anthony. Motion carried, 5 ayes <br />— 0 nays. <br />Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Habitat 161 Addition, Lot 1, Block <br />A, LCAD Property 16659, located 813 SE 5th Street. <br />
