Section 3. That the City Council authorizes the City Manager as the <br />Authorized Official, the Finance Director as the Financial Official, and the <br />Assistant Chief of Police as the Project Manager to be the City's authorized <br />officials, with the power to apply for, accept, reject, alter, or terminate the grant <br />on behalf of the City agency. <br />Section 4. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date <br />of passage. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 24th day of July, 2023. <br />Reginald B.
