Me''morandum <br />Agenda Item 1_ <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the RentOne Subdivision, Lots 1 <br />& 2, Block A <br />DATE: July 24th, 2023 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a master plat for the Final Plat of the RentOne Subdivision, <br />Lots 1 & 2, Block A in order to establish a building site for a storage facility. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends denial of the final plat because of the nature and number of the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The submission to and tentative approval of a preliminary plat by the Commission shall <br />be... - Chapter 9A, V (conditions for preliminary plat are included in this memo) <br />a. A revised copy of the preliminary plat that meets all conditions of approval set <br />forth by the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be submitted. <br />b. Any revisions required in the approval of the preliminary plat (excepting things <br />not generally required on a final plat submission such as physical features) shall <br />also be made to the final plat. <br />2.
