MINUTES OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS AUGUST 07, 2023 The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 06, 2023, in the City Hall, Council Chambers, 107 East Kaufman, Paris, Texas. Present: Board Members: Clifton Fendley, Francine Neeley, Chance Abbott, Adam Bolton, Robert Spain, Chad Lindsey, Tylesha Ross -Mosley City Representatives: Reginald Hughes, Mayor; Stephanie Harris, City Attorney; Robert Vine, Asst. City Manager; Todd Mittge, City Engineer; Andrew Mack, City Planner; Clyde Crews, Fire Marshal; Triniti Frazier, Community Development Coordinator Absent: Board Member(s): NIA 1. Call meeting to order. Clifton Fendley called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. 2. Citizens' Forum. The citizens' forum was declared open. With no one speaking, the forum was declared closed. 3. Approve minutes from the meeting of July 06, 2023. A Motion to approve the minutes was made by Board Member Chance Abbott and seconded by Board Member Tylesha Ross -Mosley. Motion carried, 7 ayes — 0 nays. 4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Margaret Place Addition, Block A, Lot 1, LCAD 15593, located at 1503 Margaret Street. Mittge states the owners P -Town Property Holdings LLC has submitted a preliminary plat in order to develop this parcel. It is 0.234 acres. Engineering staff recommends approval with the following conditions: The name of the owner and subdivider Chapter 9A, IV Preliminary Plat, (1): a. Name of the owner shall be included. Records indicate property is owned by John S. House. 2. The following notice shall be placed on the face of each preliminary plat Chapter 9A, IV Preliminary Plat, (13): a. Place the following statement on the sheet, "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purpose Only. "
