MINUTES OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />AUGUST 07, 2023 <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 5:30 p.m. on <br />Thursday, July 06, 2023, in the City Hall, Council Chambers, 107 East Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />Present: Board Members: Clifton Fendley, Francine Neeley, Chance Abbott, Adam <br />Bolton, Robert Spain, Chad Lindsey, Tylesha Ross -Mosley <br />City Representatives: Reginald Hughes, Mayor; Stephanie Harris, City <br />Attorney; Robert Vine, Asst. City Manager; Todd <br />Mittge, City Engineer; Andrew Mack, City Planner; <br />Clyde Crews, Fire Marshal; Triniti Frazier, <br />Community Development Coordinator <br />Absent: Board Member(s): NIA <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Clifton Fendley called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' Forum. <br />The citizens' forum was declared open. With no one speaking, the forum was declared <br />closed. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of July 06, 2023. <br />A Motion to approve the minutes was made by Board Member Chance Abbott and <br />seconded by Board Member Tylesha Ross -Mosley. Motion carried, 7 ayes — 0 nays. <br />4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Margaret Place Addition, Block <br />A, Lot 1, LCAD 15593, located at 1503 Margaret Street. <br />Mittge states the owners P -Town Property Holdings LLC has submitted a preliminary plat <br />in order to develop this parcel. It is 0.234 acres. Engineering staff recommends approval <br />with the following conditions: <br />The name of the owner and subdivider <br />Chapter 9A, IV Preliminary Plat, (1): <br />a. Name of the owner shall be included. Records indicate property is <br />owned by John S. House. <br />2. The following notice shall be placed on the face of each preliminary plat <br />Chapter 9A, IV Preliminary Plat, (13): <br />a. Place the following statement on the sheet, "Preliminary Plat for <br />Inspection Purpose Only. " <br />
