<br />§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
<br />COUNTY OF LAMAR §
<br />THAT WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 34.21 of the Texas Property Tax Code,
<br />GRANTEE has tendered the required consideration for redeeming the below described property
<br />previously bid-ff to the City of Paris, Trustee, as trustee for itself, Paris Junior College, Lamar
<br />County and Paris ISD by virtue of a deed No. 203352-2023: and
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris, acting by and through its City Council has authorized its
<br />Mayor, or other authorized official, to execute the redemption deed conveying it from the Grantor
<br />and Grantee identified below:
<br />GRANTOR: City of Paris as trustee for itself, Lamar County, Paris Junior College and
<br />Paris ISD.
<br />GRANTEE: Gerry Cooper and Louise Glover, 224 W. Rainey Street, Sherman TX 75090
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises aforesaid, and of the payment of
<br />the purchase prices listed hereinbelow for each property redeemed, the receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, GRANTOR hereby Grants, Sells, and Conveys, unto the said Grantee(s) all of the
<br />estate, right, title, and interest acquired by the taxing units interested in the tax foreclosure
<br />judgment in the suit(s) specified hereinbelow against the property herein conveyed, by tax
<br />foreclosure sale by which the property was previously bid -off to the taxing units as specified
<br />hereinbelow, said property being located in Lamar County, and described by the Lamar County
<br />Appraisal District as follows:
<br />• LCAD 411000 —'EAST PARK ADDITION, BLOCK B, LOT 3 & 4, 10TH NE' for
<br />$2,430.00, Cause No. 91418, City of Paris v Frierson
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular
<br />the rights, privileges, and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said grantee(s),
<br />so that neither the grantor, nor any other taxing unit interested in said tax foreclosure judgment
<br />shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or
<br />appurtenances, or any part thereof, as fully and absolute as I can convey as provided for in Texas
<br />Property Tax Code.
<br />SUBJECT HOWEVER to the following covenant(s), condition(s) and restriction(s): (1)
<br />rights of the public to any portion of the above described property lying within the boundaries of
<br />dedicated or existing roadways or which may be used for road or street purposes, (2) visible and
<br />apparent easements over or across subject property, (3) rights of parties in possession, and (4) post-
<br />judgment year taxes (if any), the payment of which is assumed by Grantee herein.
