M'emorandum <br />Item 20 <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Replat of the Gibbons Braden Addition, Block <br />16, Lots 4-6 <br />DATE: September 13, 2023 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a replat for the Gibbons Braden Addition, Block 16, Lots 4-6 <br />in order to establish a building site for a residence. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the replat subject to the following conditions: <br />L The name or names of the owner and subdivider. Chapter 9A, V. Final Plat, (1) <br />a. The owners' names seem to be misspelled and shall be corrected. <br />2. The following certificate shall be placed on the plat, in a manner that will allow the filling in of <br />the certificate by the proper party. Chapter 9A, V. Final Plat, (15) <br />a. Notary blocks for City signatories shall be provided <br />b. The typo in the owner's signature block shall be corrected <br />3. The plat shall be a reproductable [reproducible] transparent drawing to scale from an accurate <br />survey on the ground and shall be neat and in all respects proper for filing of record in the office <br />of the County Clerk of Lamar County. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat <br />a. Various housekeeping and formatting errors shall be corrected. <br />4. Location of proposed lots, streets, alleys, casements, parks, building setback lines... Chapter 9A, <br />V. Final Plat, (S) <br />a. The full Special Flood Hazard Area shall be shown as depicted by the FEMA Flood Map <br />Service as well as the regulatory area. <br />
