M'einorand,'um <br />Item 21 <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Replat of the Fuller-Dohoney Addition Lot 2 <br />Block A <br />DATE: September 13, 2023 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a replat for the Fuller-Dohoney Addition Lot 2 Block A in order <br />to establish a building site for a residence. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the replat subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The name of the proposed subdivision and adjacent subdivision. Chapter 9A, V. Final <br />Plat, (3) <br />a. The original plat being amended is spelled "Fuller-Dohoney" despite misspellings <br />on the deed and subsequent Replats. This shall be corrected. <br />2. The location, size and approximate depth of all existing utilities shall be shown. Chapter <br />9A, IV. Preliminary Plat, (7) <br />a. While utility locations are not required on Final Plats or Replats, any utility <br />locations on official submissions shall be acquired through 811 requests. For this <br />plat they may be removed all together. <br />3. The following notice shall be placed on the face of each preliminary plat by the <br />subdivider, "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purpose Only." Chapter 9A, IV. Preliminary <br />Plat, (13) <br />
