Exhibit B NOTICE OF DEFEASANCE AND REDEMPTION [CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS (LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Paris, Texas (the "City") has called for early redemption the outstanding obligations of the City described as follows: City of Paris, Texas, General Obligation Bonds, Series 2013 (the "Series 2013 Bonds"), maturing on December 15 in the years and in the amounts shown below.
