Item No. 9 <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Huey Addition Lot 1 Block <br />102 <br />DATE: October 23, 2023 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a final plat for the Huey Addition Lot 1 Block 102 <br />in order to establish a building site for a business. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the final plat with the following conditions: <br />1. The submission to and tentative approval of a preliminary plat by the Commission shall be <br />a condition precedent to the preparation of a final plat. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat: <br />a. Any conditions of approval for the preliminary plat shall be revised before final <br />approval of final plat. <br />2. Location of proposed lots, streets, alleys, easements, parks, building setback lines (both <br />front and side streets), minimum finished floor elevations... Chapter 9A, V Final Plat, (8): <br />a. The minimum finished floor elevation shall be shown. <br />3. Certification that all taxes and fees have been paid... Chapter 9A, V Final Plat, (15): <br />a. Embossed tax certificates shall be provided. Copies will not be accepted at filing. <br />
