PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Project No. 2302035 ' <br />1.1. Services. Owner hereby engages perform <br />following <br />proceed�n -ExlYiUit A attached hereto ("Services"). Gary <br />may use and rely upon such requirements, programs, instructions, reports, data, a <br />information in performing or furnishing services under this Agreement, subject to any expre <br />limitations or reservations applicable to the furnished items as further set forth in.Exhibit A. <br />Performance.
