Nabors Demolition for demolition of the Belford Building, award a contract in an amount not to exceed $588,000.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. 21, Receive presentation about construction of Pickle Ball Courts at the Sports Complex; and provide direction to staff. 22.
