A Motion to approve the final plat with noted conditions was made by Board Member <br />Francine Neeley and seconded by Board Member Robert Spain. Motion carried, 5 ayes <br />— 0 nays. <br />10. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Habitat 69-B Addition, Lot 1, Block <br />A, LCAD 14651, located at 448 NE 101' St. <br />Mittge states that the applicant has submitted a final plat in order to establish a legal <br />building site for a single-family residence.
