Memorandum <br />Agenda Item 13 <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Harper Industrial Plat <br />Block(s) A Lot(s) 1 <br />DATE: Wednesday, December 6, 2023 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a Final Plat for the Harper Industrial Plat <br />Block(s) A, Lot(s) 1 in order to establish a building site. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat with the condition that the following issues are <br />addressed: <br />1. The submission to and tentative approval of a preliminary plat by the Commission shall <br />be a condition precedent to the preparation of a final plat. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat: <br />a. Any conditions of approval for the preliminary plat shall be revised before <br />approval of the final plat. <br />
