Memorandum <br />Agenda Item 16 <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Replat of the Faviola Dimas Addition <br />(Westview Addition Replat) Lot 7R, 8R Block A <br />DATE: Wednesday, December 6, 2023 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a Replat for the Faviola Dimas Addition (Westview Addition <br />Replat) <br />Block(s) A Lot(s) 7R, 8R in order to establish a building site. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Replat with the condition that the following issues are <br />addressed: <br />1. Chapter 9A, II Definitions, (11) Replatting: The word "replatting" shall be the re- <br />subdivision of any part or all of any block or blocks of a previously platted... <br />a. As these parcels are a part of the existing Westview Addition, the plat shall be <br />changed from "Final Plat" to "Replat" and the title shall be changed from <br />"Faviola Dimas Addition" to "Westview Addition" <br />2. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat, (8): Location of proposed lots, streets, alleys, easements, parks, <br />building setback lines (both front and side streets), minimum finished floor elevations.. <br />a. A minimum finished floor elevation shall be provided for each lot. <br />3. Chapter 9A, VIII General Requirements Thoroughfare Plan, C. Dedication Required, 1. <br />& 14.: As a condition for the approval of all future subdivision plats submitted to the city <br />
