EP conducted this survey in accordance with the Texas Asbestos Health Protection <br />Rules (TAHPR) and the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). The objective of <br />this survey was to identify the most apparent materials for sampling and analysis to determine the presence or <br />absence of asbestos-containing material (ACM). The survey consisted of noting observable materials (materials <br />that are readily accessible and visible in areas accessed by the inspector), which are commonly known to have <br />potential for asbestos content. <br />EP performed this survey with the intent to identify all sources of asbestos within the subject property interior prior <br />to renovation activities. The results herein cannot guarantee the presence or absence of asbestos in areas not <br />sampled or areas concealed by physical barriers, which restricted access at the time of this survey. Should any <br />materials be discovered during renovation activities that are not identified and described in this survey, additional <br />sampling may be required. <br />Property Description <br />The subject property is located at 21 Lamar Avenue. According to the Lamar County Central Appraisal District, the <br />subject location is developed with commercial improvements previously utilized as a theatre. According to the <br />Lamar County Appraisal District the subject property contains a total of 13,195 square feet and was constructed in <br />1937. <br />No daily operations were halted for the purpose of conducting this survey. The subject location was unoccupied <br />and abandoned at the time of this survey.
